What are the characteristics of low temperature resistant ABS plastics as a new raw material

Now many industries will use composite materials, so the use of new plastics and other materials is also very large. In order to meet the market demand for new plastics, the raw material production department has increased efforts to promote the manufacturers to launch new low temperature resistant ABS plastics. So what are the characteristics of low temperature resistant ABS plastics as a new raw material?

Generally speaking, low temperature resistant ABS plastics are mostly used in automobile manufacturing, electronic and electrical appliances, building materials and other industries, such as automobile shell, television, refrigerator and machinery, etc. Why is low temperature resistant ABS so popular? Because the performance of this plastic is very strong and stable: first, the thermal stability of low temperature resistant ABS plastic is good, and there will be no degradation in the process of use; second, the water absorption of low temperature resistant ABS plastic is very high, and it will not be unable to work due to low absorption in the process of use, but it should be dried.

Generally speaking, ordinary products do not require a high dry environment. They only need to be placed at 81 ~ 87 ℃ for two to four hours. However, for special products, they need to be placed at 72 ~ 86 ℃ for seventeen to eighteen hours. The low temperature resistant ABS plastic is easy to produce internal stress, so it needs to be annealed. It can be placed at 72 ~ 82 ℃ for two to four hours, and then cooled.

Any product has advantages and disadvantages, so in the process of using low temperature resistant ABS plastics, various industries should avoid its disadvantages, try their best to give full play to the advantages of low temperature resistant ABS plastics, and strive to contribute to different industries.
