The standard of plastic hollow board is related to the quality of products. At the same time, there are many requirements for the detection and packaging of hollow board, so as to ensure the integrity of products. The specific specifications are as follows:

(A)Quality requirements

1. The vertical reinforcement of hollow slab should be evenly spaced without significant skewness

2. Cold radius requirements: the minimum cold radius of hollow plate is 175 times of plate thickness, and there shall be no cracks on the plate surface after bending according to the minimum bending radius.

3. Appearance quality requirements: smooth and flat appearance, no bubbles, cracks and obvious marks, no deformation, depression and color difference

4. The scale error is about 5 cm.

(B)Test method:

1. Component experiment

Take the hollow plate not less than 1 square meter for measurement, and calculate the component of unit area,

2. Scale measurement

The board is measured along the direction of vertical reinforcement with a measuring tool with an accuracy of 1 mm, and the measuring position is within 100 mm from both ends. The board width is measured perpendicular to the direction of vertical reinforcement with a measuring tool with an accuracy of 1 mm, and the measuring position is within 100 mm from both ends.

3. Appearance inspection

The appearance quality inspection is carried out in the room with enough natural light and 300-400mm away from the product by visual inspection.

4. Cold bending function experiment

Under the ambient temperature, the hollow plate with the width of 0.5m and the length of 2m shall be cold bent along the direction of reinforcement on the measuring tool with the radius of 175 times of the plate thickness, and the hollow plate shall not have cracks.

(C)Precautions for packing:

1. Delivery

During transportation, the hollow plate shall be kept clean, and shall not be touched with corrosive medium. It shall be handled with care to ensure the integrity of the product.

2. Packaging

The outer surface of the hollow board should have a layer of maintenance film, and the outer package should also be marked with the name of the product, the name of the manufacturer, and the signs of "sunscreen, rainproof and anti-collision",

3. Delivery

The hollow board should be pasted or printed with the product logo on the prominent parts, including the manufacturer's name and trademark, product name, product specification, model and specification number, anti ultraviolet appearance logo, date of manufacture or number.

4. Storage

The hollow plate shall be stored in a ventilated and dry room with flat accumulation. During storage, it is forbidden to put it together with corrosive medium and keep away from heat source.
